Empowering Young Girls: A Partnership for Change

In a world where opportunities often feel out of reach for many, there's something truly special about initiatives that lift up those who might otherwise be left behind. We're thrilled to share some heartfelt news: we're joining forces with Future Heroes, a program in Lithuania dedicated to empowering young girls from underserved communities. As a woman-founded company, we were seeking ways to empower females further.

This six-month journey isn't a typical program. Led by a passionate team, it's designed to equip girls aged 14 to 17 with the skills they need to thrive in entrepreneurship and leadership. Specifically targeting girls from smaller towns, villages, and ethnic minority groups, this initiative aims to break down barriers and open doors to success where they're needed most. Through seminars led by experts, scientists, and entrepreneurs from Lithuania and beyond, participants will gain invaluable insights and guidance on a range of essential skills and mindsets.

But what truly sets this program apart is its holistic approach. It's not just about teaching practical skills; it's about helping these girls discover their true selves and pursue their passions. By fostering self-discovery and authenticity, the program unlocks their full potential, empowering them to turn their ideas into reality.

And we're not just lending our financial support – we're getting hands-on. As part of our commitment to making a real impact, we'll be there every step of the way, providing personalized mentoring and guidance to the participants. Our goal? To empower these young girls to seize the opportunities before them and emerge as confident leaders. We are sponsoring the course for six girls: Meda, Dominika, Eva, Aleksandra Anna, Martyna and Olivia. These girls have already defined the startup idea they'll be working on: an app to educate and spread sustainability in the society, promoting recycling, including textiles, and other best practices.
