At MagicLinen, we create things that are close to our hearts so it is really important you’d be delighted with them as well. If you are not 100% certain about your purchase, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.
- Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
- Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will get in touch to discuss further details.
- We do not exchange or accept returns on inserts, protectors, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, Cut-to-length linen fabric, and custom orders.
- Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Customs fees and import taxes are not refundable in case of the return.
OUR MAGIC SLEEP TRIAL
We firmly believe that a good night’s sleep is one of the main sources of energy and creativity. To make the minutes you spend in bed a little bit more magical, we offer a 30 day trial on all our bedding items, including linen duvet covers, sheets, bedding sets, bed skirts, and blankets.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Please make sure the items are in good condition, even when used or washed. The trial does not apply to bath, kitchen, and table linens, linen clothing, fabric samples, and custom orders. Each customer is eligible for a single trial.
HOW TO SEND BACK AN ITEM?
When sending back an item, use a carrier of your choice. Please, request a return by logging into your account on our website. When you are logged in you see your purchase history.
Follow these steps:
- Choose the order from which you imply to return the item / -s;
- Press the “Request return” button;
- Select the reason for return for each item you are returning. Please leave a note if:
a) You would like to make an exchange and for which item.
b) You are returning the bedding item under the “Sleep Trial” policy;
- Press the “Request return” button
- Please wait for our team to confirm your request.
After our responsible team member receives your request you will receive a “Return request approved” email. In that email, you will find all the information needed on how to return the items.
We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect* — e.g. wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help! For your convenience, we can also arrange for a courier company to pick up the package from your home at no cost.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
An item that was gifted to you may be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method under which the gift was initially bought.
