We always recommend washing linen materials separately in lukewarm water at 104°F/40°C (maximum), using a gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent formulated for delicate or linen fabrics. Do not use bleach or detergents with color brighteners, as they can discolor and weaken your linen. Avoid overloading the washing machine, as this may cause creasing or uneven discoloration.
- Wash: Cold, gentle cycle
- Dry: Tumble dry low or air dry
- Iron: Medium heat if desired
- Store: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Linen can be tumble-dried on low heat. We recommend removing the items while they are still slightly damp and then hanging or laying them flat to finish drying naturally.

I appreciate the size of the sample pieces, maybe 5”.
I appreciate the label stating which are pure linen vs a linen cotton blend. The samples are loose pieces and I appreciate that, too. This will help me to choose curtains. And, I always have a deeper colored sheet atop my bed for my service dog. Thank you.

Customer service

I wish your customer service actually functioned. When I call to explain and ask about my disappointment with your washcloths, I only got my question repeated back at me. That’s not customer service. Your washcloths are sized too large. When they get wet, they expand to the size of a hand towel, which does not function well oh. Y’all have one sample in beige that is a 12 x 12 that is perfect but it does not come in any other color. Can you hear me now?
