Shipping policy

We currently offer the following shipping methods

Standard Shipping:
• Courier Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after the items are processed
• Free for all orders above $100

Order processing and delivery time

Order processing - most of our items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days (up to 4-10 business days for make-to-order items). Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or on National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Updated estimates for 🇦🇺 Australia and 🇨🇦 Canada: Courier delivery to 🇦🇺 Australia takes around 5 to 7 business days, and delivery time to 🇨🇦 Canada takes 3 to 5 days.
Note that additional duties/fees will apply upon delivery to Canada.

Also, order tracking in Canada is limited and we can only see the delivery fact.

Where does my order ship from?

MagicLinen operates two fulfillment locations in the EU (Lithuania) and in the USA. Based on the availability of your product, your order will be shipped from the closest location, ensuring fast and smooth delivery.

International taxes:

Customs and/or import duties may be applied once the delivery reaches its destination. 

  • United States: For orders shipped to the US, we will take care of any related international taxes for you. 

  • European Union: Orders within the EU are not subject to additional duties

  • Other Countries: For the rest of the countries outside the EU and non-US, any of such fees must be paid by the addressee unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
