Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $150 for U.S. customers, plus free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 (CAD 207 / EUR 130 / AUD 210 / GBP 110 equivalent). Items ship in 1–4 business days, depending on product type and availability. Delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing. All orders ship from Lithuania, where our linens are crafted locally to reduce transport impact.
Duties & Taxes
U.S. orders include international duties and tariffs; local sales tax may apply at checkout. EU orders are not subject to additional duties. For other countries, customs fees and import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day returns from the delivery date for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and exclude shipping and taxes. Free returns apply when Secure Checkout is selected; otherwise, return shipping is customer-paid. Clearance, final sale items, inserts, fabric samples, cut-to-length fabric, and used bedding are non-returnable.
