Return Policy

At MagicLinen, we create things that are close to our hearts so it’s really important you are delighted with them as well. If you’re not 100% certain about your purchase, we will gladly take it back or exchange it for another item.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made no later than 5 business days after delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging.

!!! Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on fabric samples and custom orders, unless they are defective.

How to send back an item?

When sending back an item, use a carrier of your choice. Make sure to fill out the return form that’s been included with your purchase: provide your name, email address, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

!!! Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned or exchanged, unless they are defective. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from your carrier so you could see when your package has reached our warehouse.

Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.

For your convenience, we can arrange for a courier company to pick up the package from your home — please email us at [email protected] to find out more about this service. Note that handling and shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.

What if the item is defective?

If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect — e.g. wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help!

For your convenience, we can arrange for a courier company to pick up the package from your home at no cost (service applies to Europe and the United States).

!!! Please note that discoloration and shrinkage are not considered a manufacturer’s defect — for more information on linen care, visit our Care Guide page. However, if you strongly believe your item discolored or shrunk due to a manufacturer’s defect, contact us at the email provided above.

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

An item that was gifted to you may be exchanged for another item or a gift voucher. Once the exchange is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method under which the gift was initially bought.
