I have loved Magic Linen for years and recently ordered my first set of linen sheets. However, they appear to be indefinitely held up at customs. When there was no sign of them for weeks, I contacted Kornelija. She tracked them down and could see that delivery would be long-delayed (if the sheets got through). She was so understanding and offered a refund. I explained that what I really wanted were the sheets! She graciously sent another order. The replacement arrived yesterday, and the sheets are beautiful! Thanks again Kornelija!
