  • We always recommend washing linen materials separately in lukewarm water 40°C/104°F (maximum) or even cold water in a gentle machine cycle with the mild detergent formulated for delicate or linen fabrics. Do not use bleaching or detergents with color brighteners as they can discolor and weaken your linen sheets. Do not overload your machine, rinse your linen properly in order to remove any detergent or fabric softener residue.

    • Wash: Cold, gentle cycle

    • Dry: Tumble dry low or air dry

    • Iron: Medium heat if desired

    • Store: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

    Linen material can be tumble-dried on low heat. We recommend drying not completely, but leaving them a bit damp and hanging or laying flat to finish the drying process.

  • What is the weight of the linen you use for bedding?

    The linen fabric we use for linen is 190 gr/m2.


    Can you make custom sizes?

    We do offer custom sizes for duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets. We do not offer custom sizes for our waffle items. To request a custom size, please email us at team@magiclinen.com and we’ll calculate the price, production and delivery times for you.


    Do your duvet covers have corner ties?

    Yes, our Duvet Covers come with four internal ties, one in each corner, to hold your Comforter in place. 


    Are your sheets OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED? Are they organic?

    All the linen we use is OEKO-TEX certified. OEKO - TEX certifies that no harmful substances or chemicals which are known to be harmful to health were used.

    Our Sheets are not organic, but we do not use any harmful substances or chemical additives. 


    How deep are your fitted sheets?

    We have sheets for a standard 10''/25cm or a DEEP 18''/45cm mattress option. We add an additional 2''/5cm for the depth of the sheet to tuck it under the mattress.
